Abstract

The article presents the original concept of using - in the context of the challenges associated with security certification - the technology of virtual reality simulations.

The security level, optimized in line with the expectations of the society, is also the basic condition for ensuring the socio-economic development of the country. However, its multidimensionality requires the introduction and application of a number of protective or monitoring procedures. Validation understood in this way requires certification behavior, and thus a guarantee of safety, based on knowledge. Due to a number of often complex requirements it encounters serious limitations in form of implementation, practical or control character.

In the form of the issue understood in this way - the authors of the concept propose the use of an innovative method of illustrating the level of safety certification procedures with the use of specially developed procedural simulators. This would create an inexpensive system of virtual control of the existing state of reality, development opportunities, necessary sectoral requirements or the assessment of having the specified qualifications.
