Abstract

Today, technical cleanliness is one of the decisive factors that affects the functionality, reliability, and safety of modern, increasingly complex products. With the advent of Industry 4.0, it is increasingly necessary to address the issue of clean areas in production and ensure the suitability of the working environment in order to reduce undesirable contamination that could have a negative impact on finished production.Technical cleanliness is often associated only with contamination of components, or pollution of the workplace, and often the so-called "Implementation of Technical cleanliness " is applied only formally, by cleaning the local area, or by removing contamination and evaluating the contamination that could have a negative impact on final products.Technical cleanliness must be understood as a system. A system that ensures a tolerable limit of permitted contamination, where the risk of pollution of the environment, components, products is under control and the probability of production degradation is negligible. If the cause of contamination is not eliminated, production is repeatedly contaminated and the risk of loss of functionality of components (industrial production), or the risk of unwanted and dangerous contamination (food industry, pharmacy) increases. The ever-increasing automation and robotization of production requires the elimination of factors affecting the cleanliness of products, especially by creating clean areas that help reduce the risk of pollution to an acceptable level. To ensure the reliability of manufactured products, high quality and at the same time reduce the costs associated with eliminating undesirable effects - complaints and production downtime, it is important to include a clean production system in the planning and process planning stages, as required by the automotive industry innovation and technological advancement of the so-called autonomous transport systems.
