The article presents a simulation project of kinematic and strength analysis of a coneshredder. The simulation was carried out in SolidWorks. The possibility of analyzingindividual cases allows assessing the usefulness and performance of a shredder.Using tools from the Solid Works environment, we can determine the interrelationshipsbetween individual components of the shredder. It also allows us to determine theoperating time of the machine and indicates components susceptible to damage.
