Submitted article focuses on possibilities to increase internal quality of flap casting of turbine engine produced by investment casting technology. Elimination of porosity will be based on gate system alteration. Software ProCAST will be used to analyze and evaluate the individual designs. Main aim will be to observe and analyze velocity, flow, turbulences, solidification and internal porosity for nickel based alloy.
